User Experience Designer

What you’ll do:

• Design web and mobile products: SaaS platforms, B2B tools, enterprise dashboards.
• Use AI across the workflow: synthesizing research, exploring directions, building early prototypes, checking handoffs.
• Turn briefs and user needs into clear flows and polished interfaces in Figma.
• Own the details: accessibility, consistency with the design system, edge cases. Every decision has an owner, and it’s you.
• Support UX audits and research: usability testing, flow reviews, accessibility checks.
• Contribute to design systems and developer-ready handoffs.
• Take part in workshops and design reviews, working closely with PMs and engineers.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 1+ years of hands-on UX/UI experience, or a portfolio that proves it.
• Fluent in Figma: layout, components, prototyping.
• Use AI tools in your daily work and can show how, in a case study or a short walkthrough.
• Think in systems, not just screens.
• Design for business goals, not only aesthetics.
• Write and speak Upper-Intermediate English or better.

Nice to have, but not required:

• Experience with data-heavy or enterprise interfaces.
• Prototyping with code-based AI tools, or basic front-end skills.
• Basic motion design or microinteractions.
